Ian Henderson Man on the Match vs The Phythian

The Foresters World Council has spoken, and Ian Henderson is Man of the Match for the game against the Phythian. Ian played an excellent game, he won in five visits with a 3 dart average of 60.20 and a checkout of 18.

Ian currently tops the Man of the Match awards with three awards.

G’day, Sir Les here. Jesus H Christ, this losing streak is really starting to chap my ass. The only thing I can take from this is the performance, as a whole was much better. Rather than the all round play being shit, it was just the finishing tonight.

I thought we were going to start well with this game, as John Vickers started like a train but couldn’t close his game out. Yet another performance from Ian Henderson was the highlight of the evening. But it was the lack of that killer instinct that was the undoing.

I was most disappointed with the lack of food that was available, this is our second away game of the season, and twice we have been denied food, this is just not aussie rules footy!!

Jesus christ what the hell is going on! Another 8-1 mauling, granted they were a class outfit but bloody hell. I thought my darting experience was going to be something memorable for me to take back to the land of wonder, but at the moment I fell like a rectal thermometer in the darts orifice. I am quite glad that I took the game in whilst par-taking in some good ol’”scottish chardonnay”.

It was obvious straight from the get go that this was going to be a bad night, Liam got stiffed with 11 darts, and then our previous number 1 got it right between the eyes with a tin hat, only the second one he has had in over 30 years of playing the game. The game descended lower than sumo wrestlers jock strap, until John Vicker’s gave that strap the wedgie it deserved. JV, as he is known, put in a good performance and gave us something to cheer about. But then to make the Foresters look like even bigger gallahs the bloody dart board fell off the wall! Talk about amateurish.

So I shall take my leave of you pom’s and hope that start getting your arm’s in for the next game.
